Cement vertical mill

Cement vertical mill is the main and new process equipment in the cement grinding plant. LM series cement vertical mill is of strong crushing, high crushing efficiency and good operational stability. To some extent, reducing the power consumption or increasing the system output has solved concerns of low production of cement, running in stability, etc.
By replacing cement ball mill with cement vertical mill, we can realize the role of reducing energy consumption. Relatively speaking, using cement vertical mill to grind cement raw material, coal and blastfurnace slag has been fine for the mature technology. As long as we control the cement particle size distribution, water demand, the types of ingredients in the gypsum and grinding temperature and so on, to achieve large-scale promotion of the cement vertical mill use is very promising.
Maintenance of vertical roller mill
Maintenance is very important for vertical roller mill, and is related to life. The operator must note these things as follows:
- Normally plan 2 days per month or every other week
- Mill internal inspection; monitor wear
- Feed belt systems, dust collectors
- Scale calibrations
- Inspect/clean water spray lances
- Did I mention monitor wear

- Normal Table and Grinding Roller segments
- Lower separator cone
- Scatter ring - Check underside as well!
- Mill inlet plenum - check for buildup
- Reject or plow chamber
- Process Fan, inlet cones, dampers
