Super Pressure Trapezium Grinding Mill

Working Principle
The working process of the Mainframe is that the motor brings along the central axis to drive through decelerator. The upper part of the axis connects with the roller hanger, the roller Assembly is on the roller hanger through horizontal axis, and forms a swinging pivot. It does revolve around the central axis, at the same time the rollers revolves around the inner round of the grinding ring on account of the centrifugal force, and it self also revolves on account of the friction force. The slope shovel is loaded on the low flange, which is on the lower part of the shovel seat, in the lower part of the roller hanger. The front head is near the low plate of the grinding room, while the back head is in the cuneiform, which separates the roller and ring. In the process of revolving of the shovel and the roller, the Material will be fed into the space between the Trapezium rings and the rollers to grind. The air current which enters the grinding room through the bottom of roller brings the small powder into the Classifier, thus get the fine powder.
The Classifier will separate the powder by Speed Control Motor bringing along the vanes on the turntable to revolve. The powder will be separated by the eddy effect. The rotational speed of vane can be adjusted according to the final powder size. If users want to get finer powder, they can accelerate the vane, increase the contact of the vane and the powder, therefore the unqualified powder will be thrown to the outer wall, separated from the air current. The massive powder will fall into the grinding room to regrind on account of the gravity. The qualified powder will be absorbed into cyclone collector along with the air current by the vane, after the air current and the fine powder are separated, the powder will be collected. The locking device in the lower part of the collector is used to separate the outside positive pressure air from the negative pressure air in the collector, which is an important step. If the locking device is not installed or not tightly tally with the hyoplastron,there will be no powder or very little powder, and that will seriously affect the capacity.
TGM series Super Pressure Trapezium Mill is made up of the Mainframe, Classifier, Piping System, Air Blower, Bag Dust Filter and the associated machines: Jaw Crusher, Hopper Elevator, Storage Bin, Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder, and Electric Control Box,etc.
