Jaw Crusher

Jaw Crusher is used to reduce the large material to small piece. Jaw crusher can be used together with mine-selecting stone crusher equipments and gravel processing stone crusher equipments as well as used independently.There are two typs of jaw crushers: coarse jaw crusher and fine jaw crusher.Jaw crusher can be used to process roadbed stone, railway soil sediments and construction aggregate.

Working Principle

The belt drives eccentric shaft rotating by motor. The vetical links will move up and down accordingly. The two pieces toggle plates are extended gradually when the vertical links goes up. The toggle plates will put movable jaw plate towards fixed jaw plate, the mineral stone in the crushing chamber( between movable jaw plate and fixed jaw plate) will be squashed, cleaved, and flexed and then be crushed. As the vertical links and movable jaw plate are backed by the power of spring and links, the discharge opening will increase, and the crushed mineral stone will be discharged. So we can say jaw crusher discharges stone indrectly. The eccentric shaft goes a circle, there is half circle time will be used for crushing, the remaining time will be used for discharging.
