Working principle
The belt conveyor detect the weight of materials by weighing frame and then get the weight of the materials,The digital speed sensor fixed in the back detect the speed of vibrating feeder continuously. Speed signal, together with the weight signal were sent to the feeder controller, The microprocessor in the controller will process it , generate and display the total volume / instantaneous flow.The total volume , compared to fixed volume , controlled by the control output signal meter belt conveyor,In order to achieve the requirements of feeding.
