VSI5X Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher

VSI5X Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher( also called Centrifugal impact crusher) introduces German technology. VSI5X is the core sand making equipment based on traditional vertical shaft impact crushers. The special optimal design makes that the passing material is increased by 30%. The service life of the newly disigned lining plate is increased by 48%. Vice hammer is added to protect the main hammer from damaging. The anti-friction/wear resisting, thermostability material is adopted. Hydraulic uncover device is imported form Japan, which make the maintainence convenient and efficient.

This sand making machine is widely used for metallurgy, ceramic, firproofing material, glass material, building aggregrate, sand, metallurgy etc. areas. It is suited for fine crushing meterial of medium and low hardness stone, like iron ore, non-ferrous metal, carborundum, bauxite, quartz, brown alumina, pearlstone, basalt.

Characteristics
  1. Rotor with deep chamber increases 30% capacity after perfect design.
  2. Side plate direction can be changed to increase material utility ratio, operating ratio can be increased 48%.
  3. Worn hammer with combined type is only changed to reduce operating cost 30%. Another pair of vice hammer is added to prevent from damaging main hammer and side plate.
  4. The most key wear resistant material uses wear resistant and high temperature resistant material in American important area.
  5. Rhombus shape impact plate is used to prevent side plate from being damaged.
  6. Bearing is famous international brand imported from Japan, Sweden, America, etc.
  7. Perfect discharge and smooth curve reduce resisting force when material flows, so capacity is increased greatly.
  8. Spread dish with double purposes can make two feeding ways change easily.
  9. Special seal structure under main shaft guarantee no oil leak without seal.
  10. Japanese hydraulic opening cover device is originally imported. The cover is moved easily and inspection of inner part is easy.
  11. Motor with high grade of protection is selected. The motor has features of high efficiency, low noise, etc. The motor complies with IEC, insulation grade F, protection grade IP54/55.
Structure

Main parts of VSI5X Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher: Rivetted chassis, principal axis assembly, rotor assembly, drive motor, frame (include top and bottom part) and bracket. Accessory system is consist of electrical system and lubrication system.

The product granularity of VSI5X Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher is related with the nature of feeding material, impeller Rotation speed. More brittle the raw material is, and more high the impeller rotation speed is, the more fine products will be.

Application

VSI5X Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher is widely used in various of metallic and nonmetallic  ores, cement, corhart, abrasive material, glass, construction material, machine-made sand, metallurgy, etc. It is also applicable to crush various of stones with different hardness in medium and fine crushing area, such as iron ore, non ferrous metal, emery, bauxite, quartz sand, corundum，basalt, perlite etc.

Working principle

Center Feeding: Raw material falls down into feed hopper, then enters impellor through central entrance hole. It is accelerated in high-speed impellor, then is thrown out. When hitting impact plate, it is crushed. Final products come downwards though outlet.

Ring Feeding: Raw material falls down into feed hopper, then through ring, it is devided into two parts by material-dividing plate. One enters into impellor through the center of material-dividing plate. The other falls down from outside of material-dividing plate. Material, which is thrown out by impellor, hits material coming down from outside of material-dividing plate. In this way, material is crushed.
